City Soleil Sawyer PointONE water filter distribution

Bathed in much prayer the team set off for City Soleil surrounded by an army of angels!

Two plain clothed police women joined the team and assisted with the offloading of the buckets and filters into the Nazarene church deep within City Soleil.

The church has been badly damaged during the earthquake and there are large cracks in each corner.

We are believing God for help from the Caribbean Nazarene churches to give assistance with reinforcing the building.

Nazarene church in City Soleil hosts Sawyer PointONE Water Filter distribution

These filters were donated by the people of Barbados and distributed by the Kids' EE team in Haiti lead by Pastor Pierre Banes Laurore the Kids' EE Haiti Director.

We are believing God to get EE International to take up this cause and help us take more filters into the area. We have arranged to return to the church in the summer to do a Kids' EE Summer Teacher Training Clinic and children's outreach.

The Sawyer PointONE Filter is the fastest, easiest and most cost efficient way to get potable water.

The blue 8 gal buckets for family use and the larger 30 gal red buckets for institution use were donated by Equipping Ministries International.

Our focus remains on the children and babies and we will be returning to distribute baby food and clothes as we attempt to help this small but vulnerable group of little individuals.

The Pastors were blessed with Institutional Systems which include everything to enable them to set up the system at their church or school.

The aim is to use this system as an Evangelical tool to take to the well or river and supply clean water as they preach about Living Water.

90 filters were distributed to 10 different ministries.

The distribution went without any injury or danger and for that we thank God. We are believing God to enable us to forge relations in this area using these gifts as a conduit to take the Word of God to the people and lift Jesus up over City Soleil.

United Caribbean Trust working in association with Kids' EE are appealing for URGENT help to enable us to get more filters into City Soleil.

A family unit cost US $50 and will service 10 families

A church/ school system costs US $100 and can produce almost 500 gallons of potable water a day, cleaner than US bottled water anywhere in the world!
