Naomi Odoom in for Jesus Week

A POWERFUL business leader in the United States, T. Naomi Odoom will be coming to Barbados as part of this year's Jesus Week celebrations.

Her role will be to conduct a business seminar on Friday, June 2 and to share insights on a range of business and Internet-type activities and to foster entreprenuership among Christians in Barbados.

This seminar is part of a full week of activities which will include a number of Bridgetown rallies and the annual March for Jesus.

Odoom has been associated with Arthur Andersen where she performed corporate and industry research and financial analysis for eight consecutive years. Her role extended to Global Marketing Director and Knowledge Manager. Her responsibilities included intranet web site development and management, inclusive of analysing site effectiveness.

She has also served as a media trainer, script writer and producer for television programmes seen on several US networks.

Currently she is co-team leader for a US $50 million fund development campaign for the National Prostate Cancer Coalition and Community Care Network.

She has been a guest speaker to several pastoral conferences of various denominations related to faith-based marketing in the 21st Century, and the use of technology within the church. (PR)
