During the earthquake in 2010 Pastor Banes worked tirelessly to distribute relief supplies shipped up by United Caribbean Trust.

Involved in the distribution of hundreds of Sawyer PointOne Community water filters into schools, orphanages and churches.

In 2012 Pastor Banes was trained in KIMI enabling him to start a PowerClub in Les Cayes.

PowerClubs are started and conducted by individuals who desire to see children evangelized, filled with the Holy Spirit, grounded in the word of God, operating in the gifts of the Spirit, learning to hear God’s voice and be led by His Spirit, and becoming active, functioning members in the body of Christ while they are still children.

In 2013 thousands of Book of Hope were donated by the Bible Society and transported in one of the three 40 foot container donated to Haiti from the people of Barbados..

Following hurricane Matthew Pastor Banes joined our Barbados Mission team to assist with mobilizing the Pastors, teachers and leaders in the Les Cayes, Torbeck, Port Salut and Jeremie area most affected by the devastating hurricane.
