UCT partnered with Living Room Haiti Development Fund

Pastor Banes Laroure and Colas our Follow Me Haiti Trainer traveled to Torbeck to conduct a 1/2 day Follow Me Workshop and distribute the Luci® Solar Lights for each of the organizations represented.

Haiti - one of the world's poorest countries - has never fully recovered from the earthquake that killed thousands of people in 2010 and the cholera epidemic that followed and now Hurricane Matthew has destroyed the south west peninsula.

22 organizations were presnt in Torbeck representing different churches schools and orphanages each blessed with one of the Luci® Solar Lights

This is not our first time in Torbeck. The children of the Torbeck Wesleyan church had a wonderful blessing as they received the Make Jesus Smile shoeboxes.
