Flangson
Ndimbwa
In 1970 I was
born into a poor pagan family living in the Malangali village in the
Ileje district of Tanzania. Our family lived in poverty and ignorance,
we experienced hunger and disease.

I was born again in February
1985 after hearing the Word brought to our village by a student
from the Assemblies of God Bible School in Mbeya.
In 1987 when I was a student at Ifunda Technical
Secondary School I heard the calling from God to preach the
Gospel. I shared this testimony with my pastor who helped
and encouraged me. For the next five years all my spare time
was spent preaching in rural areas in the interior of Tanzania.
In June 1992 I was given a church of twenty
members in the village of Ibumila, in the Iringa region. In
December that year I married Elizabeth, my wife and I are
blessed with three daughters, Sarah (13) Beth (11) and Win

God gave us a vision to plant a church so I trained
my successor and in July 1995 when the church had doubled in size
we left for Lugoda village to plant the church
Lugoda is a tough village by God is doing unbelievable
things and signs and wonders follow. I recall one sunday service
a woman who had been divorced because she could not speak for four
years was brought to the service by her relatives. When I was praying
and commanding the powers of darkness, immediately her mouth was
loosed and she began to speak. She was saved and her marriage restored.
Last Christmas I had the pleasure of dedicating her new born child.
The church has grow to over 50 members. We have
purchased the land and the church building construction is under
way.
Early in my ministry I had become interested in
advancing my Bible training but due to personal poverty was unable
to. I am humbly grateful to God for the opportunity He has given
me this year to be a student at the Assemblies of God School of
Theology in Lilongwe. I am taking a four year degree course. Unfortunately
I have no way of funding the course and I urgently need funds for
school fees, typing projects, personal hygiene needs and sustaining
my family over the next four years. My congregation is not able
to meet my financial needs so I am seeking sponsorship.
