Jenny Tryhane, the founder and CEO of United Caribbean Trust says our aim is to reach out to the poor in a way that demonstrates God’s love while empowering the needy to free themselves from poverty and be fed physically and Spiritually.

Jenny took Stonecroft to Tanzania, Africa even if it was only a bag!

After School Feeding Club

By empowering the mothers the children will be affected and part of the Women's Empowerment Sponsorship Program will allow the mothers to bring a child once a week to the After School Feeding Club to be fed physically and Spiritually whilst she is being taught a life skill and joining a Stonecroft Bible Study.

What a wonderful way to target thousands of young women in the 10/40 window.

What an impact it would have on their local community would be enormous.

Jenny is no stranger to Stonecroft and joined her mother Peggy Tryhane, for a visit to Stonecroft Headquarters in Kansas City in 2008 for CHAZOWN.

Peggy has been the DCC since 1990.

In 2012 Jenny was able to meet the then 'new' President and CEO Lorraine Kalal on her first trip to Barbados for the 40th Anniversary of Barbados Stonecroft Bible Studies. She agreed to allow us to translate the Trinity Series in various African languages and the work continues

Jenny has worked for years in preparation for establishing this Women's Empowerment Program and Child Feeding After School Club. Training hundreds of Women's Ministers in Africa over the years.

More recently Jenny has, with Stonecrofts permission, adapted the Adult Stonecroft Trinity Series. into a Youth Series. Utilizing the excellent Stonecroft teaching but adding games, drama, visual aids, PowerPoints and colouring pages to make it more 'Youth friendly'

Donations from Stonecroft Babados have enabled the Stonecroft material to be translated starting with the Trinity Series.

Translation is under way into Swahili for Tanzania and Kenya, Chichewa for Malawi, French for DR Congo and Haiti.

Recently a donation from Barbados Stonecroft's Christian Women's Club will enable us to establish a 'Printing Press' in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
