Clothes had been
donated by Trevor Clarke from Winifred Trophies and these
where distributed to the Hope Children's Choir as part of
their uniform.
They were delighted with their
gifts from Barbados!
|
|
This choir is led by Bishop
Pinos (left) and has a deep desire to touch other
children in Uganda and DR Congo with the Good News of Hope
in Christ Jesus.
They have, with the help of John the videographer,
seen below on the left, and Pastor Abraham, (below
right) made a CD of Prophetic Humanitarian Gospel Songs
to bring awareness of the plight of their brothers and sisters
in DR Congo on the street following this countries civil war.
|
They desire that funds from
this CD will go to building the first UCT child care center
and women's empowerment center in Uganda.
Land has already been donated for this cause.

Jenny's main objective
for this Africa Mission trip was to extend her training and
launch PowerClubs in un reached areas of Uganda, Malawi, Zambia,
Tanzania and DR Congo. Jenny is a KIMI graduate of the Leading
the Lambs to the Lion course. Now known as the School
of Supernatural Children's Ministry.
Jenny sat under Pastor
Laura's ministry in Bukoba,
Tanzania and Bundibugyo,Uganda
as part of her training to become a KIMI PowerClub Leadership
Teacher. This then enabled her to go
on with her African team to run 7 KIMI three day training
sessions. Praise God

took place in Dar Es Salaam

O God, I will declare your power
to the next generation, your might to all who are to come.

She is
committed to training Pastors and Children's Ministers to
teach children the meat and deeper truths of God’s Word by
going beyond the basic Bible stories.
Equipping them for the work of
the ministry and creating an atmosphere and opportunities
where they can experience the presence of God on a regular
basis.

The highlight of
the evening was a three day crusade held at the sports stadium.
UCT was able to donate the sound system that boomed out the
Good News to the people of DR Congo.
Many came to give their lives
to Jesus. To God be the glory.
We are believing God that this
excellent sound system will be used in future outdoor outreaches
in Uganda as well as other parts of Africa.

A new keyboard
and drum set was also donated to the ministry for God's glory.

the Pigmies. This is a people group that he has a great burden
for and an appeal is being sent out to help us to help them.

The mission trip
started on the Uganda Prayer Mountain and God led us back
there on the last day when He opened a door of opportunity
to meet with Apostle John Mulinde.
|
John
Mulinde is the Founder Director/Chairman of World
Trumpet Mission, a revival-oriented missionary
organization, headquartered in Kampala, Uganda.
He is an author and sought after speaker on
the subject of prayer, revival and community transformation.
He is among the top National leaders who have played a key
role in the transformation of Uganda and the church’s
fight against AIDS.
I was able to share with him the word that
God had given to me during AfriCamp and invite him to our
island of Barbados.
