Kids'EE - Principles

Key principles that are the foundational Biblical principles of Evangelism Explosion and the bedrock foundation for the Kids’ EE ministry are:

• Every Christian is to be a witness (Mark 1:17, Acts 1:8).
• Equip Christians to share the Gospel (Ephesians 4:11-12).
• Equipping is best done by on-the-job training (Mark 3:14).
• Training soul winners is more important than just winning souls (II Timothy 2:2).

In light of these Scriptures, it is vital to provide an equipping ministry for children who are Christians.

Additional key biblical principles that support a specific evangelism and training ministry for children are:

• Kids are a gift from the Lord (Psalm 127:3).
• Kids have a special place in Jesus’ heart (Mark 10:13-16).
• Adults must pass on God’s truths to the next generation (Psalm 78:1-4).
• Kids need to understand the Gospel and experience salvation through Christ at an early age (II Timothy 3:14-15).
• Kids can be trained to share the Gospel with others (Proverbs 22:6).
• As a model, Jesus served His Father at an early age (Luke 2:41-52).
