Make Jesus Smile -YWAM Goniave

The church in the YWAM base was packed with excited children as we began the 2010 Make Jesus Smile shoebox distribution. We started by sharing with the children that we had some gifts for them from the children of Barbados but before we gave them the gift we wanted to share about a special gift that God has for us...

the gift of Heaven, living with Him forever in Heaven. Using the Kids' EE Gospel Presentation we were able to bring the Good News.

2010 Make Jesus Smile shoebox distribution

YWAM performed two excellent skits demonstrating how easy we get trapped in sin and how Jesus is the only one that can set us FREE!

Many of these kids were involved in our Teacher Training Camp in the summer of 2009.

This young Missionary married couple had worked endlessly in Barbados mobilizing the Nazarene churches on island to prepare hundreds of beautifully wrapped and packed shoeboxes to not only Make Jesus smile but bring a smile to the faces of these special treasures.

We will continue to pray for them as God guides them into the purpose of His will for their new lives together.

After the distribution we were able to bless the Pastors and ministers with the Sawyer PointONE water filters.
