Jenny the founder of UCT was joined by Lisa Gardier and traveled to Busia a town in Eastern Uganda. It is the main municipal, administrative and commercial center of Busia District and the district headquarters are located there

In 2011 when Jenny was teaching KIMI in Bugeri she meet up with Sarah and her husband Pastor David Cheni the founder of Springs of Hope Care Ministry and Orphanage.

Here we introduced the Jesus sent our 70 two by two prayer assignment into a Muslim dominated community to the Pastors in the Bible School, 22 Pastors attended from 18 churches.

Lisa was able to share the Good News with the children from the Springs of Hope Orphanage.

The Springs of Hope Care Ministries and Orphanage had been damaged by a local typhoon just days prior to the Mission Trip.

Thanks to donations from Stonecroft Barbados we were able to assist financially to put in the ring beam and start the roof.

The African Community Moringa Project was introduced to the teachers in the Busia school, educational handouts were given out as well as children's Moringa colouring books.

A small selection of seeds were handed out to enable the teachers to establish mature Moringa trees to build up seed stock to supply the schools and in the region.

Pastor David has agreed to introduce this African Community Moringa Project through the Power Clubs in Uganda.

A 21 week Moringa Curriculum including 'Planting the Jesus Seed' has been created in Swahili to assist with this initiative.

Including a special 43 page Salvation Flip Chart has been produced in three different languages.
