Last year the
team from Helping Hands visited the school at Ocotal. The teacher
there had invited seven more rural public schools to join them for
the visit. The teacher wanted them to come and preach the gospel to
the children. Combined, the eight schools have about 400 very poor
students.
Despite the van sticking in the
mud the team arrived at the school on foot having crossed
a creek in the process!
The pupil were delighted to hear the Gospel
which was preached in the school
The teachers from the other schools
have opened their doors for the team to visit their schools
with the message of Salvation.
As the Helping Hands team walking back to
the van they are committed to focus on children's ministry
in rural Honduras.
