Jerry Baugh will be joining the staff of Helping
Hands Ministry in Honduras. He is a bible teacher, prayer organizer,
Christian leader, and builder. He and his family are know by
Helping Hands for several years now.
His wife will be starting a sewing
school for the women here.
His daughters will be working with our children's
ministry, orphanage, and teaching English in our public schools.
United Caribbean Trust has established
a sewing
ministry in Africa we have partnered with Pastor
Lotieh Akondowi from House of Freedom Tanzania
in establishing a Women's Empowerment Sewing Project.
The sewing machine ministry in Africa cost US
$150 per woman. We are seeking to get ladies ministries from
various churches throughout the Caribbean to sponsor a machine.
We have extended this ministry into Haiti.
For some families involved in the Family Empowerment Programme we
are introducing a sewing machine project to enable the women to
sew the school uniforms for the children involved in the Child Sponsorship
Programme.
We believe God is guiding us to include this ministry
into the Stonecroft Hondurus Child Sponsorship Program.
