Messiah House - 'A Celebration of Cricket' - Sunday 25th February 2007

What a service of thanksgiving to God for all the benefits that the Caribbean region has derived from cricket. Even in the absence, and with the slowness, of unifying institutions the game of cricket has proven at times to be the unifying link. The service was one of intercession for the success of Cricket World Cup 2007.

It was held at the Messiah Wesleyan Holiness Worship Centre - "Messiah's House" located in Messiah Street, St. John.

The service begin at 10:00 am. The building was decorated to reflect a celebration of the game in the region. Rev. Paul R. Watson, the Senior Pastor welcomed administrators and players of the lovely game of cricket to this service of celebration.

'Jesus Christ 2007 not out' t-shirts

The t-shirts are to be worn by the Christian community during the time of world cup as a means of ministry as persons distribute the devotional and as persons go about their day to day life.It is hoped that the Christian community in Barbados and throughout the region would buy into the concept to have the region flooded with the word of God on all fronts.
