Layne - Team Building
I
believe in team work, when every member is working together. In a
team where members are committed and work can be done easily. When
members are committed it shows their strength as a team even if the
team may not be perfect in what ever they are doing. In a team leaders,
or members, must not be comparing talents or gifts of other members
of the team it can cause damage. As team player or member we must
be respectful to each other. As members of a team all players are
important to the team so we must honour each other. If there are any
weak ones amongst us we must strengthen them by helping them to make
it to the end. We as members and leaders try to put expectations on
team players or leaders where we expect them to be superman ,or do
super-things , when our expectation of each other does not match we
tend to be rebellious, complaining, murmuring and many more.
We need to put God in everything and let him take
over our lives as a team.
Seeking God face and receive words of wisdom and encouragement
from him.
I went into the presence of God and I started to ask God to show me
my heart. I’m thirsty and longing for him; he said to me.
You need to let go of every things that you are holding
back in your life. You need to let me, God, work in your life. You
need to be still and know I am God and I can work everything out in
your life that you need. You must not be anxious for any thing but
be open minded for changes. I wanted you to have a thirst for me and
the things of me everyday.
Isaiah 55: 1} Lo everyone that thirsts; come to the
water, and he that hath no money; come buy, and eat; come buy wine
and milk without money and price
Thirst: is a desiring to satisfy of one person spirit.
Water: is that what begin the enjoyment of the satisfying of the spirit
No money: it a free gift from God to our spirit.
Wine and milk: is a complete satisfying of the spirit.
He wanted me to be at a thirst for him, that he God- can satisfy my
longing spirit for him.
Isaiah: 55: 11. The word which goes forth out of his
mouth, it shall not return unto him void or empty, but it shall accomplish
that which he purpose and it shall succeed in the thing where it had
been sent it.
This is a new season of God’s divine
authority in my life. I stay abiding in God and Him in me. It is time
of my new season with God.
