Consett Bay one of many sheltered fishing harbours in the parish of St.John is less than an hour hike from The WISH Centre.

 
Another hour along the rugged east coastline will bring you to Bath Beach.

Another excellent hike from The WISH Centre is the Skeetes Bay hike.
Even close to home is Three Houses Park, where the children can spend time relaxing under the trees or explore the natural spring that runs through the park.
