Springs of Hope Care Ministries and Orphanage is a grassroots, Christian based organization that serves orphans and vulnerable children caught up in the twin crises of HIV/AIDS and extreme poverty.

The “Springs of Hope Mission Church” is a centre to experience a life changing time for the community. It is located in a Muslim dominated community with a lot of opposition. “Springs of Hope Mission Church” covers ten bush churches in Uganda and five in Kenya.

Springs of Hope, as a church body, is involved in a number of ministries and activities such as children’s ministry, men and women’s ministry, youth ministry, as well as Economic Business Empowerment and Mobilization partnership for Muslim Evangelism.

The Church takes care of the orphans, widows, sick and the poor, teaching the community about the love of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.

The type of influence and input that a child receives while they are developing determines the kind of citizen he/she will become as an adult. Many of the failures and problems we see in society are a result of childhood neglect. This is why Springs of Hope strives to empower the child physically, socially, economically, spiritually, and morally.

Due to the HIV pandemic, many children have lost one or both parents, thus no home, protection, love, or food. They stay on the streets, fighting for food from the garbage. We therefore seek to heal, strengthen, and care for the world’s most poor and vulnerable children.
