One such example is 63.55 acres of land in Central Dominica. This proposed (undeveloped) road to the land starts about 500 yards off the main Dr. Nicholas Liverpool Highway where electricity is available up to that point and traverses about 3000 feet inland to the plot.

Initially when each of our CIP investors are enjoying their annual week Timeshare holiday in their luxury 2 or 3 bedroom luxury villa/Condo their house plot land will be cultivated and fruit trees will be planted around the boundary of each plot. This Sustainable Agriculture project will continue until all of the houseplots have been developed and then the project will continue on the 10 acres reserved as green recreational area and PEARYL Project teaching the orphans how to grow organic food for the establishment.
