Goshen Citizenship By Investment Project - Dominica land
One such example is 63.55 acres of land in Central Dominica. This
proposed (undeveloped) road to the land starts about 500 yards off
the main Dr. Nicholas Liverpool Highway where electricity is available
up to that point and traverses about 3000 feet inland to the plot.
• 50 acres reserved for 150 X 14,500 sq ft house plots subject
to planning permission
• 3 acres reserved for 3 luxury Timeshare Villas
• 10 1/2 acres reserved as green recreational area and PEARYL
Project.
Initially when each of our CBI investors are enjoying their annual
week Timeshare holiday in their luxury 2 or 3 bedroom luxury villa/Condo
their house plot land will be cultivated and fruit trees will be
planted around the boundary of each plot. Enabling them to pick
free fruit from their land the entire week of their stay in Dominica!
This Organic Agriculture project will continue until all of
the houseplots have been developed and then the project will continue
on the 10 acres reserved as green recreational area and PEARYL Project
teaching the orphans how to grow organic food for the establishment.
The same principles that applied to St Lucia regarding the building
of the Synagogue and Kosher restaurants will apply to the Jewish
Dominican Community
The same building system will be used to create an earthquake,
hurricane resistant, fire resistant, termite proof building system.
