From here the Island Tour takes you to the ancient town of Oistins the island's fishing capital. Dating back to the 1600's this ancient fish market is home to the Oistins Fish Festival in April as well as the Friday Fish Fries, popular with locals and visitors alike.

Although fresh fish is available in the supermarkets, locals still prefer to visit the fresh fish markets, seen here at Oistins. Friday night the the renown Oistins Fish Fry, it can be a bit noisy but the fish is excellent.

A swim at Enterprise beach on the South coast of Barbados is perfect way to finish off a lovely day.
