• Instilling core moral values (loyalty, compassion, empathy, respect both for self and others, steadfastness, discipline, community mindedness, fairness, adaptability and resilience) and equipping young women with the necessary skills and knowledge for the world of work and family life.

• Motivating them to become well rounded active participants in society.

• To establish a sustainable platform for young women to maximize their full potential.
