BARBADOS MISSION OF HOPE - Grenada 2004

During the period of September to December 2004 the Barbados Mission of Hope has assisted with relief efforts in Grenada.		Twice a month food supplies and clothes were sent in. Truly some of our members worked tirelessly to ensure these efforts were successful.
	The impact of the hurricane affected all, from the massive cathedral in St George and the parliament buildings. 11 Church of God churches were damaged and destroyed.
	Help is still needed in our neighbouring island.
During the month of December a team of 21 persons went to Grenada to bring hope to the Grenadian children.		A Christmas party was held for 250 children who each received a gift, a special meal, a snack bag and wholesome entertainment.
