The following is a condensed version of a Prophetic Message delivered by Pastor/Prophetess Sandra Diehl Moore to Prophetic Revival Center. As I was sitting and looking out upon the water on a mission trip in Barbados, West Indies, the Lord began to speak to me. It never fails. Every time that I have gone there, I hear Him so clearly and He births a new message in me. I heard Him say this; "I want you to tell my people that MY VOICE IS OVER MANY WATERS!" His voice is a "sound", it is a "proclamation" and it is a "noise". Sometimes God speaks in a still small voice. More than ever before this should be the cry of our heart, ""GOD, IF EVER BEFORE I NEED TO HEAR YOUR VOICE!"

The Lord told me this. There are three voices in the land. There is God's voice, your voice and the devil's voice. So, if ever there was a time that we need to be able to distinguish whose voice we are hearing it is in this time and in this day. As I look around I see a lot of deception in the land. We need to hear a "Thus, says the Lord thy God Almighty!" I thank God for what He has said, but I want to know what He is saying. Do you need an answer in your life? Do you need to hear the voice of God as never before? Do you need to know, "This is the way walk ye in it!"

PSALMS 29:3)… "The voice of the LORD is upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth: the LORD is upon many waters. (4) The voice of the LORD is powerful ; the voice of the LORD is full of majesty. (5) The voice of the LORD breaketh the cedars; yea, the LORD breaketh the cedars of Lebanon."

When God speaks, He commands things to come into being. When God speaks the earth shakes and things begin to tremble. (VERSE 7)… "The voice of the LORD divideth the flames of fire. (8) The voice of the LORD shaketh the wilderness; the LORD shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.

His voice will shake you. His voice will cause you to quake at times. God speaks with a loud voice and says, "This is the way walk ye in it." Sometimes He will come to you with a correcting voice. Sometimes it will be with a chastening voice. Sometimes He will come to you with a voice of encouragement. He will tell you to cheer up and live in the sunshine. He will tell you that everything is going to be all right. He will give you words of strength and majesty. All glory and honor goes to Him because He sits high and looks low. He is El Shaddai…. He is more than enough! HE IS THE MIGHTY BREASTED ONE and if you really want to hear Him you have got to get in the Spirit. You cannot hear Him in your carnal natural mind.

(VERSE 9)… "The voice of the LORD maketh the hinds to calve , and discovereth the forests: and in his temple doth every one speak of his glory. (10) The LORD sitteth upon the flood; yea, the LORD sitteth King for ever. (11) The LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.

THE VOICE OF THE LORD IS FULL OF MAJESTY! He said to me, "My sheep will know my voice and a stranger they will not follow!" (John 10:4-5)

JOHN 18:37)… "Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice."

JOHN 8:47)… "He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God."

In other words, if you know Him through His Word, you will hear the voice of truth. You will hear His voice and you will not follow a stranger. His sheep know His voice.

EXODUS 23:20)… "Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared."

(21) Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him. (22) But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries.

(23) For mine Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off. (24) Thou shalt not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after their works: but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and quite break down their images. (25) And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. (26)There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfill. (27) I will send my fear before thee, and will destroy all the people to whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thine enemies turn their backs unto thee. (28) And I will send hornets before thee, which shall drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite, from before thee.

Some of you are wondering about your situation. God says He will fight your enemies for you as you obey Him and heed His voice. We want things to happen over- night. We want something instant or micro waved. We want every problem to be turned around overnight, but it doesn't necessarily happen overnight.

(29) I will not drive them out from before thee in one year; lest the land become desolate, and the beast of the field multiply against thee.

In other words, God is saying, "Don't you realize that I have everything under My control and I know exactly when to move, when not to move, how to move and I will drive them out, but it may not necessarily be in a day, a week or a month. But I promise you that if you will obey me. If you will hear my voice and hearken unto what I am telling you, I promise you that you will be delivered.

(30) By little and little I will drive them out from before thee, until thou be increased, and inherit the land.

LITTLE BY LITTLE!!!! God is saying, "I'm not going to do it all at once. I am not going to come in and drive every enemy out at one time, but LITTLE BY LITTLE I am going to cause you to take the land. LITTLE BY LITTLE I'm going to give you victory in your life. LITTLE BY LITTLE I am going to cause you to possess the land. LITTLE BY LITTLE I am going to give you favor. LITTLE BY LITTLE I am going to silence the mouth of the enemy. LITTLE BY LITTLE I am going to bring you out to take you in, but you must heed my voice. You must obey me. You must follow my instruction. If you do that and heed what I have said, I promise you that it will not be in a year, but LITTLE BY LITTLE I WILL DRIVE THEM OUT!" He didn't stop there, but He said, "I am going to drive them out from before thee!"

In other words, before they even get to you; they can't get too close to you. They want to come up in a subtle, sly, manipulating way. God said, "I am going to drive them out right before you. They won't be able to come near you. I am going to drive out every weapon, every enemy, and every tongue that has been set against you. Everything that has been set against your life, your voice, your ministry and your family……. LITTLE BY LITTLE I AM GOING TO DRIVE THEM OUT BEFORE YOU!"

If it is before you, you are going to see every enemy go. You are going to see them run before you. He said in Verse 30…. "I am going to keep doing this, until thou be increased and inherit the land!"

God said, "I am going to drive them out from before you, until you be increased….until you come to the knowledge, until you be fat with the anointing, until your mind becomes like the mind of God, until your emotions become controlled by the spirit of Almighty God. I am going to drive the enemy out before you and you will see that enemy go LITTLE BY LITTLE!"

God has to prepare a people to hear the prophetic voice of God. Your ears have to be ready to hear what God is saying. Our prayer must be, "Lord, prepare a people to hear your voice." You prepare by reading The Word, by meditating on The Word, by studying The Word. God will never say anything against His Word. That is why you have got to know His Word. If you don't know His Word, you can't know His voice. To know His Word is to know His voice. To know His voice is to know His Word. His voice will always line up with the Word of God and if the voice does not line up with The Word, then you throw it out the back door and don't give it any place.

REVELATION 3:21)… "To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. 22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches."

Put your hand on your spirit man and say, "I am the Church! What is He saying to me in this hour?"

REVELATION 4:1)… "After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne."

God stopped me there. God is calling you to come here…. God is calling you first of all to open up and let Him in. To let the Word of God come in you, let the Word of God correct you, let the chastising of the Lord come and then He said that the only way that I'm going to show you these things is by coming up here. He said, "You've got to come up here where I am! In the Spirit." In order to come up in the Spirit that means that you've got to spend time with this man named Jesus. He said, "I'm going to talk to you in the Spirit."

There are three voices today. Your own voice, the do what you want to do voice. The voice that wants to pet and pamper your flesh and do it like you've always been doing it….the voice of your flesh, the voice of God and the enemy's voice. Who's talking to you today? What have you been hearing the Spirit say unto you…the Church? Have you been hearing Him say, "Come up here? It's time to put down everything and come up where there's life, joy and peace in the Holy Ghost. I'm standing at the door," Jesus is saying, "I'm knocking. Will you let me in? Didn't I say that I was the door? Didn't I say that my sheep would know my voice and a stranger they would not follow? So, come. Come up here and taste and see that the Lord He is good. He has prepared a table in the presence of your enemies and not in a year, but little by little!"

LITTLE BY LITTLE! God said, "I'm going to drive every enemy out until I see you increase!"

God gave me a promise in Barbados. He said, "LITTLE BY LITTLE, I'm going to drive them out! LITTLE BY LITTLE, every enemy that has come to steal, kill and destroy I'm going to drive them out!"
