Restoration Malawi Ministries School -

There is an established school already in Mchenji run by Pastor Chawawa. This is where numerous AID's orphans are being educated. However the accommodation is in urgent need of attention and it is our vision to establish a new school on the land which will also be home to many of these orphans.

Part of Ramona's ministry whilst in Malawi will be to establish contacts with educational officials in this region and obtain quotes for the construction of this new school building.

This will be documented on the site and it is through this school that the child sponsorship programme will operate.

It is part of the vision that local schools throughout the Caribbean will get involved in this project and the internet will be instrumental in bring together the children of Africa with there brothers and sisters in the Caribbean.

The Schools Twinning Educational Empowerment programme has been designed to create, establish and encourage, linkages between the schools of Grenada and Barbados, expanding exponentially to enjoy the camaraderie resulting from a global network. Schools interested and available for Twinning are located in a number of countries, including:

• Barbados;
• Guyana;
• Trinidad;
• England;
• The United States of America;
• Canada
• Malawi

The benefits to be gained for participating schools include:
• the opportunity for lending compassionate support to recovering students of similar age and gender;
• the opportunity to assist in humanitarian relief efforts throughout the Caribbean through the ‘Baby Survival Kit’ initiative;
• the learning experience of a cultural exchange of information on respective countries;

• the exchange of ideas, opinions and “a glimpse” at the lifestyle of another child;
