2nd week of our Journey - Treasure Map
This week’s destination:
• They will learn God’s Word is powerful, true and a light to their path.
• They will make their Treasure Map and learn how to use it to share their Faith

Firstly we are going to learn the value of the ‘Mystery Clue’ tools designed to help you share your faith with friends and family. But we need to know the correct order in which to share. You need to stay on the narrow road because this leads to life.

Passport to Heaven
To go on a Fishing Trip abroad you will need a Passport. It is a form of identification that allows a traveler to physically pass from one country to another. (Show a real passport) We are spiritual travelers along this journey who travel from a physical place (earth) to an eternal place (Heaven). We want to help you learn how you can reach your spiritual destination, Heaven.

4th week of our Journey - Little Wiggly Fingers

This week’s destination:The children are introduced to ‘Five little Fingers’ ‘bait’ to help them ‘fish’ sharing the Gospel to their friends.

• The thumb is pointing up to Heaven to remind us we have to start sharing that…
HEAVEN is a free gift It is not something you work for or deserve

So what stops us from getting this gift? SIN We all sin, and we cannot save ourselves.

• Our second finger is the pointer – people are quick to point our when we do something wrong. But remember when we point at someone, three fingers are pointing back at you!

• Our middle finger is the tallest so it reminds us that we now need to share about God.

God is LOVING
But God is also JUST (fair) and must punish sin.

• Our ring finger reminds us that God so loved us He sent His Son - Jesus

The Bible says,
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son … (John 3:16a)

• The little fingers reminds us we only need a small amount of Faith as small as a small seed to grow into a mighty big tree. Saving Faith is not just knowing about God in your head.... Saving Faith is not temporary , Saving Faith is trusting in Jesus ALONE for our eternal life.

Jesus said “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in.” (Rev 3:20)

5th week of our Journey - 6 Rough Diamonds
This week’s destination: DEEP SEA DIAMOND MINING!
The children will be introduced to 6 Diamonds, skits that will enable them to share the Gospel to their friends using stories helping them to remember the order of The Gospel Plan – HEAVEN, SIN/MAN, GOD, JESUS, FAITH, leading up to a commitment and establishing GROWTH.

Next week we are going to polish these Diamonds, learn how to perform the skits so we can start to plan a ‘FISHING TRIPS’ using the ‘Mystery Clue’ Witnessing Tools.

6th week of our Journey - 6 Polished Diamonds
This week’s destination: POLISHED DIAMONDS!
The children will practice the 6 Diamond Stories they learnt last week enabling them to share the Gospel to their friends using stories and skits. Helping them to remember the order of The Gospel Plan.

Diamond 1 HEAVEN: Birthday Gift
Diamond 2 MAN: Bondage of Sin
Diamond 3 GOD: The Vigilante
Diamond 4 JESUS: The Dying Man
Diamond 5 FAITH: Life Savior
Diamond 6 GROWTH: Grow and Go

These are ideal for Community outreach where the children are involved in sharing the Gospel on a more corporate level.

Plan “Fishing Trips” –
‘On-the-Journey Training’ (OJT) Learn it, use it or loose it!
Its simple…identify opportunities to have safe and successful Fishing Trips

Enabling children to share the Gospel in Sunday school classes for younger children, schools, orphanages, other churches, Bible clubs etc using the ‘Mystery Clue’ Witnessing Tool from past sessions.

8th week of our Journey - Sharing your testimony
This week’s destination: CARING AND SHARING!
The children will be able to put into their own words their personal testimony.

‘Mystery Clue’ Witnessing Tool:
• Heart testimony (For younger children)
• Blank piece of paper 8”X11 (For older children - demonstrate)

9th week of our Journey - Four Questions!
This week’s destination: DO YOU KNOW FOR SURE?
The children must understand the Spiritual condition about the person they are about to share with.

Understand how to share the Gospel Plan based on these questions.
1. ‘May I ask you two questions??
2. ‘Do you know for sure that you are going to be with God in Heaven some day?’
3. “If God asked you, ‘Why should I let you into my Heaven?’
4. What would you say?”

10th week of our Journey “Back Track”
This week’s destination: REVIEW THE GOSPEL PLAN
• Remember when we started this series we went to the FunTastic Fun Fair where you will be introduced to the Scriptures that we have being going over and over each week.
• Has anyone got their Treasure Map have you been able to share your Faith in Jesus.
• You learnt God’s Word was powerful, true and a light to their path.
• Who can remember The Journey of Life verse: Proverbs 3:5 and 6

Over the weeks we have learnt a lot about fishing.

“Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will send you out to fish for people.”

(Mark 1:17)

• Whenever you start sharing the Gospel Plan you should begin with Heaven is a FREE gift
Use our fingers to share the Salvation message

• Bring out the ‘On the right track’ banner and get the children recite the order to share the Gospel.

• Who has their Passport to Heaven?

• Remember we learnt about Diamonds

Think for a moment about diamonds. They are one of the most precious items in creation. They are rare, beautiful and highly prized. But they are nothing compared to how God values YOU.
