KEEPING YOUR DELIVERANCE

It’s one thing to get free………It’s another, to “Stay Free”

II Cor. 10:3-6, “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.”
You can’t stop a thought from coming in……but you can stop it from staying.

Evil spirits don’t change much.
• After you are born again…….They’ll say, “that didn’t really happen”.
• After you were healed……They’ll say, “that really didn’t work”.
• After the Baptism of the Holy Spirit…..They’ll say, “That was just a bunch of gibberish”.
• After deliverance……They’ll say, “I’m still here”.
Remember they all lie.

Satan works on memory. He will remind you of a situation that may have caused a stronghold in your past. We must bring the devils thoughts into captivity. Get rid of it………do not allow it to become an imagination.
Imagination (image of the mind) This can cause a crack in your armor………fear, lust, addictions, perversion, etc. These imaginations must be cast down.
Knowledge: Creates desire…………..desire develops into action. Action opens the door for a stronghold

The power of binding and loosing.
After you are born again…….They’ll say, “that didn’t really happen”.
After you were healed……They’ll say, “that really didn’t work”.
After the Baptism of the Holy Spirit…..They’ll say, “That was just a bunch of gibberish”.
After deliverance……They’ll say, “I’m still here”.
Remember they all lie.

Your actions can be habit.
Initially, your actions may be habit………..It won’t last long.
If you have been saying cuss words for twenty years…….the spirit of profanity is gone, but, you have a foul word slip out of your mouth a few times.

Evil Spirits will knock again.
Matthew 12:43-45,
Evil spirits will seek to return. They will be very deceptive working through human beings, trying to find a crack in your armor.
Luke 4:13,
When satan tempted Jesus, satan planned to return at a later time.

Evil Spirits are “Familiar”
They will return and show up as a symptom of infirmity………like the one you had before deliverance.
Remember it’s just a symptom, not the infirmity. You have power and authority over all evil spirits.

Power and Authority is Yours
James 1:12, If you resist temptation……..You will receive a crown.
The more temptations………the more crowns. When a symptom of infirmity comes………tell it to “get out” in Jesus name.
When someone rejects you………..don’t receive it.

Keep the doors closed.
Stay in the center of God’s will.
Avoid returning to destructives places that caused your strongholds in the first place. Do not go to bed angry. Opens door to a seed, (causes crack in your armor).
During the night, it may take root……….find yourself the next day getting extremely upset at others.
Satan attacks our thoughts.

Binding & Loosing
Matt. 16:19, “And I will give you the keys OF the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”
This may be a repetitive process:
Everyone has a will……….rebellious son…………..uncontrollable spouse
Remember the power and authority is yours…….all you have to do is use it
